Marco Fama

Marco Fama (PhD) is a Post-Doc Researcher at the University of Calabria and an Adjunct Professor of Economic Sociology at the University of Bergamo. He was Visiting Researcher at the International Institute of Social Studies of Erasmus University Rotterdam and at Centro de Estudios Sociológicos, Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. His wide research interests include: microfinance, international cooperation, poverty reduction policies, monetary innovations, rural development and environmental issues. He authored the book (in Italian) The government of poverty at the time of (micro)finance (Verona: ombre corte), and published numerous articles in Italian and international journals.
Stefano Lucarelli

Stefano Lucarelli is Associate Professor in Economic Policy at the University of Bergamo. His research projects include institutional economics, cognitive capitalism, monetary theory of production, financialisation and complementary currencies. He has been involved as invited researcher at CNRS in Paris in the D-CENT European Project (2013-2016) and in the DECODE European Project (2017-2020). He published various articles in Italian and International journals. His latest book (in Italian) is: Squilibrio. Il labirinto dello della crescita e dello sviluppo economico (co-author Roberto Romano, Roma: Ediesse).
Ricardo Orzi

Ricardo Orzi is Associate Professor at the National University of Luján (UNLu), and teaches graduate seminars at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), Quilmes (UNQ) and General Sarmiento (UNGS). He holds a PhD in Social Anthropology (FyL - UBA). He is a member of the Latin American Network of Researchers in Social and Solidarity Economy (RILESS), and RAMICS (Research association on Monetary Innovation and Community and Complementary Currency Systems). He carried out research on alternative monetary systems and solidarity markets in Latin America and Europe. His latest book is: Moneda Social y Mercados Solidarios II: La moneda social como lazo social (Buenos Aires: CICCUS)
