Created by William Shakespeare. Tutto il mondo è seriale

Abstract

Abstract – Shakespeare’s works have been the subject of film adaptation since the origins of the medium; television has further expanded the number of adaptations, which Sarah Hatchuel divides into four types. In this chapter, we deal with how two post-network TV series have worked on Shakespearean material: Will (2016) and Slings & Arrows (2003-2006).
