This contribution, starting from the definition of Wind Band, aims to interconnect in a summary table the most important research topics related to the Wind Band phenomenon such as repertoire, musical forms, instrumental organic, musical instruments, Wind-Band education, the relationship between Wind Band and historical events etc. and it tries to offer reflections and research perspectives. These topics can be considered as analytical parameters for future research.

Il contributo, partendo dalla definizione di banda musicale, tende ad interconnettere in un quadro riassuntivo i più importanti temi di ricerca relativi al fenomeno, come il repertorio, le forme musicali, l'organico strumentale, l'educazione musicale, la relazione tra banda ed eventi storici, etc. e cerca di offrire riflessioni e possibili prospettive di ricerca. Questi temi possono essere considerati altresì come parametri analitici per le future ricerche.
