Sull'ambigua eredità cristiana della secolarizzazione
Abstract
The essay reflects on the relationship between Christianity and modern secularization and on the frequent subordination of Christian theology to the latter's demands. After emphasizing the ambiguity of the genealogical relationship between Christianity and modern secularization, according to the plurality of its meanings, the essay shows how the theological assumption of the issue of secularization in the second half of the twentieth century has produced, in some cases, a secularization of the same Christian theology. Finally, it proposes to overcome the theological relevance of the secularization.
