Abstract


From the participation to the Committees of the Convention for the safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage and some ethnographical experiences in Europe, at the local and national level, emerge the political, ethical and legal dimension of heritization process. This reflection is a contribution to think the nature of changes we are living at the social, cultural, political and scientific level in a large vision of heritage process and contexts.
