Focus and Scope

Eunomia intende ospitare contributi originali di autori italiani e stranieri, in lingua italiana o nelle principali lingue estere, riguardanti la storia e la politica internazionali, con particolare riferimento alla storia delle relazioni internazionali e alla storia e alle istituzioni dei paesi europei ed extra-europei. La composizione del comitato scientifico, con la presenza di studiosi italiani e stranieri d'indubbio rilievo scientifico, e una scrupolosa politica di peer-reviewing garantiscono la qualità dei contributi pubblicati. La rivista è presente nei principali database internazionali.

Peer Review Process

All manuscripts will undergo a double-blind peer-review process. Reviewers are chosen by the Section Editors among the members of the Scientific Commettee, on the basis of their expertize in the field of the manuscript's topic. If necessary, external reviewers can be contacted. Each manuscript is sent to two reviewers.

Only original manuscripts which have not been submitted to other journals will be accepted. The originality of the manuscript will be assessed through specific anti-plagiarism systems, before the manuscript is sent to reviewers.

The criteria by which reviewers are asked to judge submissions are:

- how intelligible are the abstract, the title, and the overall structure of the paper
- how relevant and innovative is the paper for the international scientific community
- is the literature review complete and coherent with the paper’s aims and methods
- has a coherent and appropriate method of investigation been adopted
- are the findings, discussions and conclusions clearly organized and illustrated
- are the references up-to-date
- is the paper grammatically and formally acceptable

Publication Frequency

The Journal is published in two issues per year .

Open Access Policy

Eunomia provides open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the researchers, improve the global exchange of knowledge.

Publication Ethics

Eunomia takes the commitment to comply all possible measures against any publication malpractices and plagiarism.

All authors submitting their manuscripts to Eunomia for publication as original articles, short notes, reviews or invited papers, attest that they are based on authors’ contributions and have not been copied or plagiarized in whole or in part from other works. The authors should declare any actual or possible conflicts of interest with their work.

All the submitted papers considered relevant with respect to the themes and the objectives of Eunomia, will undergo two rounds of a fair double-blind peer-review process, in way to prevent any possible conflict of interests.

Any ethic violation should be reported to the Editor in Chief who will take the necessary actions.
