This report expounds some results of N. Teleman on the smoothing problems for PL-manifolds.It is proved that the existence of Reimannian metrics with "constant volume density" implies smoothing.This treatment can also be regarded as a "geometric" introduction to smoothing problems.The Appendix is a brief description of the tangent (micro) bundle of a topological manifold.
