This report documents a code for unconstraneid minimization of n-dimensional functions,based on a non gradient conjugate directions method.The code,which has been implemented in FORTRAN language for PDP 11-40 computers,is available in single and in double precision.The documentation is complete with the listings of the two versions of an example program and with the tables of numerical results,obtained by minimizing several test functions.This work has been performed in the framenork of the SOFMAT project of the C.N.R. (Italy)
